Ānjalī: Fall Yoga Retreat

in Taos, New Mexico

with Amanda Anspach & Jasmine McComas

September 23-27, 2026

slow down, attune, and connect to heart wisdom

Beneath the vast desert sky of northern New Mexico, we gather for a retreat devoted to stillness, connection, and renewal.

Join Jasmine and Amanda for an intimate, all-inclusive yoga retreat in Taos — a landscape long known for its spiritual depth, sacred mountains, and quiet beauty.

Held just after the Autumn Equinox and during the luminous Harvest Full Moon, this is a powerful moment to pause, reflect, and realign with what truly matters.

A Sacred Pause

In Sanskrit, Ānjalī means “sacred offering.”

It is the gesture of bringing the palms together at the heart — a symbol of reverence, gratitude, and devotion.

This retreat is an invitation to enter that space.

A pause from the noise of daily life.
A return to presence.
A moment to reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.

The Setting

Taos is known as the Land of Enchantment, where vast skies meet ancient mountains and a deep spiritual tradition still lives within the landscape.

Our retreat center offers a peaceful sanctuary for rest and practice, surrounded by the natural beauty of northern New Mexico.

Between practices, enjoy the stillness of the high desert, warm sunlit days, and star-filled nights.

Guests also have access to a hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge, allowing the body and nervous system to fully unwind.

The Retreat Experience

Each day unfolds in a gentle rhythm of practice, nourishment, and rest.

Morning yoga and meditation begin the day with clarity and presence, while afternoons offer space for restoration, exploration, and quiet reflection.

Our practices include:

  • Daily yoga and meditation

  • Sound healing

  • Yoga Nidra for deep rest

  • Kirtan and devotional chanting

  • Sacred cacao ceremony

  • Guided reflection and contemplative practices

This retreat is designed to support both inner stillness and heartfelt connection.

Our time together also includes unique experiences rooted in the cultural and spiritual landscape of Taos.
