Jeni is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Chef, Educator, and E-RYT 500 Yoga & Meditation Guide who is passionate about creating meaningful retreat experiences that inspire deep rest, connection, and renewal. Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga, she weaves together mindful movement, meditation, breathwork, nourishing food, nature, and seasonal living to help guests slow down, reconnect with themselves, and return home feeling balanced and refreshed. Whether in the lush rainforests of Costa Rica or the peaceful Colorado mountains, Jeni creates welcoming spaces where every woman feels supported, seen, and cared for.

Her own deeply personal experience now guides the way she leads retreats—with compassion, intention, and a belief that healing happens when we create space to listen to our bodies, embrace stillness, and connect with nature and one another. Her greatest joy is helping students leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and inspired with simple, sustainable practices they can carry into everyday life.

Emelia is an RYT 500, Yoga Therapy Intern and the Director of Samadhi Yoga Denver, amidst the full tapestry of family and home-holding.  Her approach to both teaching groups and working with individual clients is to share the profound gifts of yoga, simply, to the best of her understanding, to guide others to find practices that most resonate with their own energy and goals.

Some of her many guiding, ever-evolving themes are: clarity within flexibility; finding what helps us stay present when feasible and, when we struggle in the stages we’re actually living, to use the practices that create remembrance of our truest nature, again and again. Perhaps most importantly Emelia shares that our greatest, highest teacher is always right inside each of us, ready and available to lead the way.
