Every other weekend, Saturday/Sunday 9am-6pm
For yoga seekers without the immediate intention of teacher certification, take the first half of the full training course.
Study intently with Jeremy Wolf, Matthew Martella, Soozie Kinstler, Kristine Whittle, Jeni Nelson-Fagan, Reace Daniel, and Sheela Bringii, of Sacred Sound Lab.
For students who aspire to learn beyond weekly Yoga classes and explore the greater principles of philosophy, asana and lifestyle. This course is devoted to personal practice, theoretical lecture and reflective discussion.
The 88-hours can be applied toward our full 200 hour certification course, should you decide to continue on in with the current session or at a later date.
